Hollywood Authentic silk collection

Whether seen through the eyes of Howard Hawks, Hitchcock or Scorsese, the scene-stealing allure of silk pyjamas and robes – for women and for men – were the inspiration for Hollywood Authentic’s new collection of 100% pure silk sleepwear handmade and embroidered in the UK.

For our women’s collection, the long sensual silk slips in oyster or black, the matching silk gowns that flow to the floor, and the striking pyjama sets, offset by tailored details such as cuffs and pockets, offer a contemporary and luxurious take on old-school glamour. Think Lauren Bacall dazzling in The Big Sleep, Michelle Pfeiffer in Scarface, and a smouldering Elizabeth Taylor in Cat On A Hot Tin Roof.

The men’s collection was inspired by 1950s photographs of US heavyweight boxing champion Rocky Marciano, Mohammed Ali’s Rumble In The Jungle, as well as De Niro’s award-winning portrayal of Jake LaMotta in Raging Bull. Here we have long-sleeved silk pyjama sets in black and oyster with contrasting piping detail, plus 100% silk champ robes - with Hollywood Authentic embroidered on the back - alongside matching silk “boxer” shorts. A collection that brings some Hollywood charm and champ to the bedroom.
