MAKING A PURCHASE
Once you have selected your product by size and colour just click the 'Add To Bag' button. You can then choose to either continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
We use a system called Shopify Pay which is used by many large companies. We believe that it is the most secure electronic payment mechanism available. Your credit/debit card details are not visible to Hollywood Authentic staff at any level and we do not store any credit card information. Hollywood Authentic takes your security and privacy seriously and all transactions are encrypted to the highest level.

We accept all major credit cards including AMEX and also take PayPal, Shop Pay, Klarna, WeChat Pay & Alipay.

YOUR ORDER
Unfortunately once an order has been placed, we are not able to swap any garments placed on the order. Depending on the dispatch status, we may be able to cancel your order if necessary. If you need to make any amendments to your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to help you.
When you place an order with Hollywood Authentic you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email to let you know once your order has been dispatched.
We have a legal obligation to provide you with a receipt, this will be emailed to you following the successful transaction.

DELIVERY
We ship across the world via our courier partners DPD & DHL. All international deliveries may need to be signed for and can be tracked from the point at which they are dispatched.
We do offer a next day delivery service within the mainland UK. Place your order by 1pm Monday to Friday, selecting the next day delivery option to receive your order on the next working day via DPD. If your order is placed on a weekend, bank holiday, or after 1pm, your order will leave us on the next working day. This service is only available to customers living within mainland UK and excludes certain postcodes. Please check our website for full details and Christmas delivery deadlines.
All UK orders sent via standard delivery are delivered within 2-5 working days via our courier DPD. All orders delivered within Europe and the rest of the world will be delivered via DHL and will usually arrive within 5-15 working days. This can however take a little longer at times depending on the destination. We cannot guarantee delivery times for any orders. For further details see our delivery page.
For UK Orders, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from DPD with your delivery details. For International Orders, once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from DHL including your tracking details. Please check our website for full details on tracking and delivery options.
UK - 2-5 working days FREE DELIVERY. EU & Europe - 5-15 working days Delivery costs £12.95. USA & Rest of the world - 5-15 working days Delivery costs £19.95.
We offer a delivery duty paid (DDP) service to many countries around the world. This means that any duties or customs fees have already been paid when the parcel arrives with you. For countries where this is not available, you may receive duty and customs charges which must be paid before delivery can be made. We have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be.
RETURNS
Please see our Returns and Exchanges policy. Note: As we trade in GBP and due to fluctuations in international exchange rates, some refunds for international orders may vary slightly to the initial order value.
